SFU - Surrey at Central City

SFU-Surrey at Central City - it is one of the most iconic buildings in Whalley. Probably next in popularity to the Main Surrey Public Library.

This is My Surrey Blog

The reason for creating this blog is the rapid development that is taking place around Surrey, the city I live in. With a vehicle in hand, I will be able to travel around Surrey, taking the opportunity to photograph some of Surrey's developing areas, taking into account both natural and urban development. This idea came to me after seeing Paul Hillsdon's blog "Civic Surrey", however, I will state before hand that "Civic Surrey" is more a comprehensive Surrey development oriented blog whereas I am looking at it from an artistic point of view.

Surrey, being one of the most rapidly growing cities in the Lower Mainland has undergone a lot of growth in the past 7 years that I have called this city my home. Hopefully you will also read Paul's blog "Civic Surrey" as well as my "This is My Surrey" to gain a better understanding of the place that I call home.
